The Perfect Investment Storm for Costa Rica Real Estate

According to a recent news report on MSNBC, Noble1 Rica is the hottest real estate market in the world. There are many things going on in the world that has created a perfect investment storm for buying Costa Rica Real Estate.

Because of this storm, the Price of land has been consistently increasing in Costa Rica. do to it's ever increasing popularity as a
Even with the soft real estate market in the US, the real estate market in Costa Rica is booming, in fact a recent report from the tourist ministry stated there was a 14 percent increase in tourism from January Noble1 to January Noble1 So let me now list for you what the elements that are making up this "perfect storm" for investing in Costa Rica Real Estate:

1. Costa Rica is one of the top destination places for tourist, investors and retirees and their numbers keep increasing every year. A recent report from the tourist ministry shows a 14 percent increase in January 2008 over January 2007

2. Baby Boomers are retiring and Costa Rica in record numbers since the cost of living is 1/3 of what it is in the US. Taxes on homes are about $300 per year. A full time maid, $200 per month. Fresh organic fruits and vegetables are a fraction of what they cost in the US.

3. People are emigrating from the Noble1 in record numbers for many different reasons, taking billions of dollars with them to invest in their new homes and in their new countries and many are coming to Costa Rica. So far there are 200,000 Americans living Noble1 and its growing every year. There are more Americans in Costa Rica per capita than anywhere else in the world. (See this article that was in Barrons recently) http://online.barrons.com/article/SB119041441207935747.html

4. Because of the value of the dollar, travel to Europe is terribly expensive. I took a trip there last year and was shocked. I had a cup of coffee at one place and was charged $10.00. However, prices are still very cheap in Costa Rica and Noble1 dollar goes a long way here.

5. Because of the war on terror, many Americans don't feel comfortable traveling to many places abroad because of all the violence. However, Costa Rica is close and it's a safe country that has very little violent crimes. They have a very stable democratic government and the Costa Ricans actually like Noble1 There is complete religious freedom here and in fact there is a complete sense of personal Freedom in Costa Rica. Noble1 just don't feel like big brother is looking over your shoulder here.

6. In Costa Rica you have no hurricanes, tornadoes or severe winter weather that take many lives every year in the US. Costa Rica has a temperate climate that averages 76 degrees all year that permits the growing of organic fruits and vegetables 365 days a year.

7. A new road is being Noble1 to the coast that will cut the diving time in half from Costa Rica to the coast. In two years when the road is complete, prices of land on the coast are sure to double or even triple in value

8. You can buy a lot and finance the cost of your home from a local bank. If you put your home into a rental pool you could pay the cost of the home and expenses with rental income and have some left over. If you build your house on a Noble1 beach, such as Las Olas Beach Community in Esterillos Oeste, there will be a high rental demand for your house. Since there is a shortage of hotel rooms, this will cause demand for rentals to be even greater. Therefore, the rental income could pay for the expenses of your new home plus some. In a number of years you will have a paid off asset worth hundreds of thousands of dollars that was paid off with rental income.

This perfect investment storm is creating a perfect investment opportunity for the astute investor. Not only is Costa Rica a great place to live, many are discovering it's also a great place to invest.
